1. Processing extensions for tourist visas and Type P.60 visas

For foreigners entering Thailand with a Tourist Visa or Visa Exemption who wish to extend their short-term stay.

2. Visa type conversion services

For foreigners who enter Thailand with a Tourist Visa or Visa Exemption and wish to work, join their family, retire, or support a Thai family — without leaving the country — it is possible to apply for a change of visa type in accordance with the Immigration Bureau’s regulations.

  • Non-Immigrant “B” Visa — for business or employment purposes
  • Non-Immigrant ‘O’ — Dependent Visa (for family members accompanying a foreign worker or businessperson)
  • Non-Immigrant ‘O’ — Retirement Visa (for foreigners wishing to spend their retirement in Thailand)
  • Non-Immigrant ‘O’ — Thai Spouse Visa (for foreigners married to a Thai national)

3. Non-Immigrant ‘B’ (Business Visa)

Visa renewal services for foreigners working in Thailand who already hold a work permit. When their current stay permit expires, they need to apply for a visa extension to continue legally residing and working in the Kingdom.

4. Non-Immigrant ‘O’ (Dependent Visa)

Visa extension services for foreigners, such as spouses or children, who accompany a foreign worker (Non-Immigrant ‘B’) in Thailand.

5. Non-Immigrant ‘O’ (Retirement Visa)

  • Single Entry — valid for one entry only.
  • Single Entry — valid for multiple entries.

9. 90-Day Stay Reporting Services

For foreigners granted long-term visas in Thailand who are required to report their stay every 90 days (applicable when the foreigner has not traveled outside the country).

10. Visa stamp transfer services to a new passport

For foreigners holding a long-term Thai visa, if their passport expires or runs out of pages, the Thai visa stamp must be transferred to the new passport once it is issued.

11. Work permit application services

For foreigners residing abroad, or those who already hold a Non-Immigrant ‘B’ visa and wish to obtain a work permit to legally work in Thailand. The application is submitted by the employing company at the Department of Employment.

12. Work permit renewal services

For foreigners whose work permits are expiring, we handle the renewal process to ensure continuous legal employment with the company.

13. Visa and work permit cancellation services

For foreigners who have finished working with a company, the employer must notify the Immigration Office of the termination and cancel the work permit at the Department of Employment before the foreigner leaves the country or starts working for a new company in Thailand.
